Sandra Cruz is a senior paralegal at Grady Hunt and supports attorneys on a wide range of corporate and real estate transactions.  Ms. Cruz brings her valuable experience coordinating mortgage loan closings and other complex financing transactions to Grady Hunt.
 
Ms. Cruz began her career as a credit analyst and commercial lender in banking during which time she developed and managed business with clients in New England, South Florida and Latin America.  She transitioned to business law to follow her interests in the legal aspects of the transactions after working with attorneys on international loan syndications and has since gained experience as a corporate and real estate paralegal at major corporations and law firms.
 
During her career, Ms. Cruz has assisted attorneys with hotel transactions, mortgage loans for medical office buildings and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD-insured loans for the financing of multifamily properties, residential healthcare facilities and hospitals throughout the United States.  Ms. Cruz also has significant experience with commercial financing transactions involving bridge loans, mezzanine debt, subordinate loans, construction lending and term loans.
 
Ms. Cruz earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Stephens College and a post-graduate Paralegal Certificate at Georgetown University.  She has also studied foreign languages and speaks French and Spanish fluently.
