Hanna is a highly skilled associate attorney with expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. Her broad background includes providing due diligence, drafting and negotiation service to international and domestic individual and corporate clients across various industries.

Prior to her work at Grady Hunt, Hanna was as an accomplished associate attorney at a prominent Punta Gorda, Florida law firm. She had the opportunity to advise clients on a broad spectrum of business and corporate transactions, building a solid foundation as a transactional attorney.

Holding a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut, Hanna’s academic journey led to her role as an associate editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and her J.D. certificate in Transactional Practice. She received valuable legal experience as an intern with the Office of the State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit.
